Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Baloch Carrier Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers
    • Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery requirements.
    • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations
    • Monitor the performance of our delivery drivers and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Provide training and guidance to new drivers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our delivery drivers.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure that all drivers are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment for all drivers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to train and develop team members
