Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to lead our team of delivery drivers at G.P. SPEEDY DELIVERY HOTSHOT SERVICE LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Prepare and review reports on delivery performance, driver productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop delivery drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to support delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced delivery environment with a team of delivery drivers. The work involves supervising and coordinating delivery activities, preparing reports, and training delivery drivers.
