Job Summary

Lomanton Food Service Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our high standards are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for our staff, taking into account their availability and the needs of our operations.
