Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service and Preparation
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Count and record inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels.
    • Order supplies and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the cafeteria and surrounding areas.
    • Follow proper food handling and preparation procedures to ensure food safety.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food service or customer service role is an asset.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
