Job Overview:
beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Specialist to develop and implement anti-money laundering compliance programs, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer transactions, identifying suspicious activity, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AML compliance programs, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and analyze customer transactions for suspicious activity
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic reviews of customer accounts and prepare reports
- Provide guidance and training to staff on AML compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in AML compliance
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
