Job Overview

Woodlands North Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and permits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of environmental permits and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on environmental regulatory matters to internal teams and external clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in environmental regulatory compliance and permitting.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations, including the Public Lands Act, Water Act, and Species at Risk Act.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • University degree or technical diploma in a relevant field, such as environmental science or natural resources.
