Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong passion for financial reporting and consolidation. The Senior Analyst of Financial Reporting and Consolidation will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager and the team to report financial results and fulfill all reporting obligations.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IFRS and have experience with consolidation processes, including elimination entries and multi-currency entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly consolidation worksheets in Excel for multiple currency entities.
  • Draft consolidation journal entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close reporting activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and accompanying disclosures.
  • Engage with various platform finance teams and the corporate finance team.
  • Support monthly accounting for investment holding companies, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and closing books.
  • Contribute to various special projects.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • University degree with a recognized accounting designation.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with large corporations or accounting firms is an asset.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
