Position Overview

The Senior Analyst of Financial Reporting and Consolidation will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidation, contributing to the reporting of financial results for Sagard and fulfilling all reporting requirements to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IFRS and have experience with consolidation processes, including elimination entries and multi-currency entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare consolidation worksheets in Excel on a quarterly basis, incorporating multiple currency entities.
  • Engage with various platform finance teams and the corporate finance team.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with large corporations or accounting firms is an asset.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; proficiency in French is a plus.
