About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at Accoravillage. As a critical member of our financial team, you will play a key role in producing insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare executive-level financial performance reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
  • Conduct variance analysis, evaluate cost structure, identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with year-end audits and provide documentation and support as needed to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA designation is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting firm.
  • Bilingual (English and French) as this role requires communication with out-of-province stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
