Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shoprite Smoke Shop LTD. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and merchandise is properly displayed.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
