The successful candidate will be tasked with processing new parts orders, tracking existing requests, confirming stock availability, and addressing pricing questions to support our extensive network of branch locations. Brandt offers a thorough training program designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge about our products, terminology, and effective techniques to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers.
- Address parts pricing inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Efficiently process parts order requests from clients.
- Communicate inventory availability and shipping timelines to customers.
- Provide parts support to Brandt field staff.
- Collaborate with various vendors to meet customer parts requests.
