Currently, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to enhance our exceptional team.
Role Objectives
Sales Consultants play a vital role in facilitating the sale and lease/finance of both New and Pre-Owned vehicles to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will consistently achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive vehicle sales.Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, internet, and in-person interactions.Assess and qualify potential customers.Coordinate trade-in evaluations with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager.Act as a liaison between customers and sales management during negotiations.Direct all sales customers to the finance department.Organize vehicle deliveries in collaboration with sales management and finance.Continuously seek new customer prospects.Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction.Stay informed about product updates and changes.Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance metrics.Familiarize yourself with all manufacturer sales, lease, and finance options.Conduct annual contact calls with existing clients regarding lease maturity.Monitor competitive products and market trends.Collaborate with management to set annual sales objectives based on historical performance.Engage in off-site marketing initiatives as directed by sales management.Assist in showroom presentation and display arrangements.Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Close sales effectively by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws governing retail auto sales.During the delivery process, guide customers to relevant departments and introduce them to key personnel.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.Clear driving record.Valid OMVIC registration.Strong business insight.Professional demeanor.Proven ability to meet sales quotas.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding customer service abilities.Personal Attributes
