About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Menu Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high-quality food products.

Ensure Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurants maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Plan and Direct Daily Operations

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurants are running smoothly and efficiently.

Perform repetitive tasks, such as monitoring inventory levels and managing staff schedules.

Work Term: Permanent

Work a permanent schedule, with regular hours and minimal overtime.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Work a standard 35-hour workweek, with regular breaks and time off.
