Sales Executive Position in Ontario

Oldcastle APG, a prominent player in the exterior surface cleaning and protection industry, is looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to enhance their growing team in Ontario. The successful candidate will focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives by fostering new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with current clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Customer Care, the Sales Executive will engage in a variety of responsibilities including pre-sales initiatives, client outreach, new business acquisition, and managing customer relationships.

  • Develop strategic action plans, presentations, and qualify potential leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and enhance client expenditure
  • Uphold company values in all professional interactions
  • Address customer product or quality concerns
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions

Essential Skills:

  • Results-oriented and goal-focused
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong networking and negotiation capabilities
  • Self-driven and well-organized
  • Effective territory and time management skills
  • Experience with hardscape centers and contractors
  • Familiarity with CRM software

Qualifications:

  • Resident of Ontario
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel within and outside of Canada
  • At least 3 years of experience in outside sales
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Mandarin is advantageous

Sales Territory:

Greater Toronto Area, including regions such as Oakville, Newmarket, and Oshawa.
