About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Sales Representative to join our team at Keller Executive Search. As a Solutions Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical solutions to meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of the automation industry and technical sales expertise.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Technical Support and Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise in product demonstrations and presentations, ensuring that customers understand the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation, leveraging your sales and engineering expertise.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities, ensuring that you are always ahead of the curve and can provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, with a strong understanding of the automation industry and technical sales principles.
  • Project Management Certification: Any project management certification, such as PMP, would be advantageous in this role.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Technical Sales: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors, is required.
  • Strong Understanding of the United States and Canadian Markets: A strong understanding of the United States and Canadian markets, with the ability to identify key players and emerging opportunities, is essential.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.
