Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at D & S MATTRESS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital databases and records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-6 months of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability and a team player attitude
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-37 hours per week. The work language is English.
