Education Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Director to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.
Job Summary:The Education Director will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs and services at our centre, ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction and support. This includes working closely with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective learning plans, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement academic programs that meet the needs of students, including developing curriculum and assessments.
- Student Support and Progress Monitoring: Work closely with students, parents, and teachers to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to support student progress and achievement.
- Centre Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including managing schedules, coordinating with staff and teachers, and ensuring that all programs and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and learning, and share knowledge and expertise with staff and teachers to ensure that our programs and services are always improving.
- Education: A minimum of a university degree in a relevant field, such as education, social sciences, or languages.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational setting, with a proven track record of success in program development and implementation, student support and progress monitoring, and centre operations.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools is also required.
