Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our Medical Imaging department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and performing x-ray examinations, ensuring consistent quality of radiographs, and preparing patients for procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of the Chief Technologist, perform x-ray examinations and ensure high-quality radiographs.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current techniques, technical developments, and clinical procedures in radiology.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved radiology technology program and registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiological Technologists.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting patients as needed.
