Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 10 years of direct marketing experience within the pharmaceutical sector, showcasing progressive leadership roles in marketing pharmaceuticals, medical, or OTC products.
Comprehensive knowledge of Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access within the Canadian pharmaceutical landscape.
Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media tools is advantageous.
Exceptional innovative and creative marketing abilities, with a capacity to grasp both technical and product-related information.
Experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficient in engaging with healthcare professionals, executives, and business partners.
Ability to collaborate with the sales team and management to formulate brand strategies.
Experience in product launches is beneficial.
Oversee the Commercial operations of the organization, encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
Collaborate with the Senior Management team to identify and assess strategic opportunities.
Ensure that all commercial initiatives are executed in compliance with the organization's regulations and policies.
Direct the creation, production, and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Spearhead the development of strategic plans and operational marketing initiatives that align with business goals while fostering teamwork.
Guide the Sales team in identifying sales opportunities and manage their professional growth.
Lead the sales training initiatives, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.
Accountable for preparing long-term and short-term product sales forecasts and budgets; setting goals for sales, market share, growth, and profitability.
Oversee the management and execution of reimbursement strategies to fulfill the organization's market access objectives.
