Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Commercial operations of the business, including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Work with the Senior Management team to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Ensure all commercial activities are implemented and executed in line with all regulations and compliance policies of the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales force and sales management to develop brand strategies.
- Lead the sales training effort and ensure the sales team has all the tools and resources to succeed.
- Responsible for the preparation of long-term and short-term product sales and budgets.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure continued coverage and reimbursement of existing products and of new products.
- Direct the management and implementation of reimbursement initiatives to meet the organization's strategic market access objectives.
- University Degree
- At least 10 years hands-on marketing experience in a pharmaceutical environment with progressive leadership experience in marketing pharmaceuticals, medical or OTC products.
- Experience and working knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge and experience of the Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access of the Canadian pharmaceutical market.
- Developed project management and analytical skills.
- Strong innovative and creative marketing skills.
- Ability to communicate with physicians, executives, and business partners.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.
