Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, provide guidance and support, and ensure that team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
