Job Description

PK Parksville Food Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
