Position Overview

As a Pharmaceutical Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, package, and label various pharmaceutical products.
  • Assist in managing scheduling and workflow within the pharmacy.
  • Process billing for third-party insurance providers.
  • Prepare oral solutions, ointments, and creams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support pharmacy operations.
  • Oversee routine office functions, including reception duties, telephone inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
Experience Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
