About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our services to small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Sales: Present our membership services to business owners and entrepreneurs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our organization.
  • Prospecting and Relationship Building: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and establishing a strong network of contacts.
  • Account Management: Meet with existing members to update them on our progress and offerings, and to manage account renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and management, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with strong time management and organizational skills.
