Green Diamond Equipment stands as a premier John Deere dealership in the Maritimes, dedicated to delivering exceptional service through our various locations. We are on the lookout for a skilled and committed professional to become part of our team as an Agricultural Sales Consultant.
Compensation Structure: Salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the company representative in the sale of agricultural machinery within a specified sales territory.
- Keep abreast of the latest equipment features and advantages.
- Evaluate competitor activities and relay insights to management.
- Oversee customer data within the assigned region.
- Adhere to a structured sales methodology.
- Assist in the coordination of customer engagement events.
- Facilitate demonstrations of new equipment.
- Stay informed about financing alternatives available to customers.
- Participate in sales training sessions.
- Engage in turf product sales as required.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment sales.
- Familiarity with agricultural and turf machinery is advantageous.
- Proficient in standard office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Capability to interpret basic sales reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
