**What you'll be doing:**

  • Leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
  • Training, mentoring, and managing your team on sales, marketing, and prospecting
  • Executing marketing, social media, and outreach strategies
  • Working on a guaranteed salary with an incentive-based bonus
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Bringing enthusiasm, energy, and friendliness to the role
  • Being a team player dedicated to health and wellness
  • Being available to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required

**About the Role:**

As a Sales Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales goals and other key performance indicators. You will train, mentor, and manage your team on sales, marketing, and prospecting strategies. You will also execute marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive business growth.
