Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating brand awareness, fueling the buzz, and driving traffic in our studio's community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Onboarding
    • Welcome and engage with every member who enters the studio, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits and unique features of our fitness program.
  • Studio Operations
    • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
    • Generate leads and traffic to the studio through various marketing and outreach efforts.
    • Provide studio tours and introduce members to our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
  • Member Experience
    • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
    • Sell memberships and promote our fitness program to existing and potential members.
    • Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Marketing and Outreach
    • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and our fitness program.
    • Ensure all areas of the studio are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
