Role Overview: Customer Experience Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide outstanding retail assistance. The perfect candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. If you are adaptable, organized, and focused on customer satisfaction, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and Sunday-Thursday (12:00 - 8:30 PM EST)
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your duties will include:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries in both English and French
- Delivering virtual customer support through phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving post-sale concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with delivery and warehouse partners
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A detail-oriented and customer-centric approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
