Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, the Customer Account Partner is tasked with managing various responsibilities such as order management, overseeing the order process from initiation to completion, serving as a consistent point of contact to ensure a seamless customer experience, coordinating order delivery, supplying essential information to clients, and resolving issues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Identify and develop solutions for customer needs and opportunities
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Quickly resolve issues and discrepancies
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A university degree or college diploma with specialized training in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, sales, or customer service) along with two (2) years of experience in customer service
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • A team-oriented, customer-focused, and self-driven individual with a proven ability to interact confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
