We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administration Specialist to join our team at K+S. As a key member of our Procurement and Contracts team, you will play a critical role in overseeing contract administration processes from contract execution through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration processes and resource allocation, including developing, implementing, and refining contracts administration processes and related procedures.
- Business Relationship Management: Coordinate and develop business relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring clarity of roles and expectations for inputs into contracts administration and contract management.
- Contract Monitoring and Administration: Administer and follow the Contract strategy for named contracts throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing administration of materials, equipment, and services contracts.
- Education: University degree, specializing in business administration, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience: 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the contract administration of large multi-million-dollar contractual construction agreements.
- Designation: Relevant designation considered an asset: CCCA, CCCM, SCMP, or other relevant designation.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, strong liaising and relationship management skills.
