Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at The Remodeling Team Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered, measure and mark them as needed, and prepare them for installation.
  • Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and other types of flooring.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and conduct tests to ensure that the flooring is installed correctly.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials, prepare flooring plans and scheduling, and prepare tenders and quotations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
