Flooring Installation Job Description at Real Flooring Inc.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Real Flooring Inc. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including carpeting, hardwood, and underlay.

**Responsibilities:**

* Measure and cut underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth installation process
* Install carpeting on floors, ensuring a precise fit and even finish
* Prepare and install hardwood floors, including sanding and finishing
* Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to maintain a high level of quality
* Prepare floors for installations by cleaning and preparing the surface
* Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to ensure a clean slate
* Perform direct glue-down carpet installations with precision and attention to detail

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in flooring installation

**Work Environment:**

* Permanent position
* 35 hours per week
* Work Language: English
