About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at SHAD FLOORING. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the installation of resilient and hardwood floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, Cut, and Install Resilient Floor Coverings
  • Prepare and Install Hardwood Floors
  • Inspect and Repair Damaged Floor Coverings
  • Prepare, Clean, and Sand Surfaces for Painting
  • Mix Paint to Desired Color and Texture
Work Environment

As a Flooring Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work in confined spaces and at various locations.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Site Environment: Confined spaces
  • Work Setting: Various locations
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
