Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at SHAD FLOORING. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including resilient and hardwood floors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Work Environment:

As a Flooring Specialist, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to work in confined spaces and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
