Role Overview: In the capacity of Senior UX Designer, you will tackle intricate challenges and convert them into user-friendly, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing designs that cater to both novice users and seasoned experts. Your collaboration with fellow Designers, Engineers, and Product teams will span the entire design process, from initial concepts and user flows to the creation of user interface mockups and prototypes. Throughout each phase, you will anticipate user needs and objectives, champion their interests, and work closely with the implementation team to ensure the final product is a joy to use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehend business objectives
  • Conduct research and usability assessments
  • Develop wireframes, functional specifications, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes of varying complexity
  • Evaluate and respond to client feedback and usage analytics
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders
  • Lead and participate in review meetings and demonstrations
  • Provide regular project status updates and proactively address any emerging issues or concerns
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in User Experience or a related discipline (human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, etc.)
  • Proficient in prototyping tools
  • Capable of steering projects from inception to completion
  • Strong collaborative skills across various business functions
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Unyielding passion for innovation, balanced with business requirements and customer expectations
  • Curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, and an open-minded approach
