Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the User Experience design processes for our software products.
  • Build strong relationships with Product Development team and stakeholders to efficiently implement user experience that are cohesive, inclusive and well-informed.
  • Work closely with product development teams to create designs that are technically feasible and support product non-functional requirements.
  • Create intuitive and attractive user interfaces for professional software applications.
  • Define and implement user interface design standards for applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.
  • Lead and provide direction to a team of UX designers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and create development plans for team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience designing interfaces and working with engineers and product managers to ship designs to users.
  • Minimum 2 years managing and leading UX designers.
  • BA/BS or MS in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar field.
