Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Provider Audit Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents and reports, responding to inquiries from Providers, and preparing verification letters.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, sort, process, and distribute mail for the Provider Audit Team
- Organize, print, and manage verification letters for customer contracts
- Monitor the Provider Audit General Telephone Hotline and defer messages as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to providers and clients
- Monitor and review fax line and distribute to appropriate Provider Audit team members
- Maintain monthly reporting requirements and pertinent spreadsheets
- Maintain and manage the storage of protected documents
- Ability to work in an office environment
- Post-secondary course in Office Administration and/or Medical Office Administration
- Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset
- 1-3 years of office administration experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
