Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin and Data Entry Clerk. As an Admin and Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative tasks and maintaining accurate and driver payroll records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks by inputting information into databases and payroll spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update various payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the team in scheduling meetings and arranging appointments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
