Job Title: Windows Administrator

Fiery LLC is a leading provider of Digital Front Ends (DFEs) and workflow solutions for the industrial and graphic arts print industries. We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator to join our Global IT Infrastructure team in Richmond Hill, ON.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to support our global operations on Windows, O365, and AWS requirements. The ideal candidate will have a creative approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain over 1000 Windows servers across multiple locations
  • Manage multiple Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP, and Group policies
  • Support Microsoft 365 suite of services for over 800 users
  • Develop and maintain the AWS environment
  • Provide security recommendations and maintain SSO environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems and server errors
  • Review system error logs and fix user-reported errors
  • Perform server patching, hardening, and vulnerability fixes
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Server Administration
  • Experience with Windows server administration, AD, ADFS, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure management and VMware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of security tools, SSL certificates, and security concepts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Licensing
