Job Description

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our Global IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Global Operations Support on Windows, O365, and AWS requirements. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer service-oriented environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for staff and users
  • Maintain over 1000 Windows servers spread across multiple locations
  • Maintain multiple Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP, and Group policies
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 suite of services for over 800 users
  • Continuously research and automate repetitive tasks
  • Suggest innovative ideas and implement new tools
  • Mentor the team and prepare SOP documentation
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Server Administration
  • Experience with Windows server administration, AD, ADFS, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure management and VMware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of security tools, SSL certificates, and security concepts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Licensing
