Position Overview

Vantix Systems Inc is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst who will be responsible for transforming business needs into precise technical specifications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications within a large-scale enterprise setting.
  • Draft and communicate both business and technical documentation effectively.
  • Facilitate and oversee workshops focused on business process development and re-engineering.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst in translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • At least 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication, particularly in drafting relevant documentation.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in managing and facilitating business process workshops.
  • Experience in gathering requirements from various stakeholders for a minimum of 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creating project documentation for various initiatives, including strategic and IT projects.
  • 5 years of experience in facilitating meetings and engaging with senior management.
  • Familiarity with content management and document management processes.
  • Experience in developing new IT services and related processes for at least 3 years.
  • 2 years of experience working in an agile development environment.
  • 5 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
