Position Overview

Vantix Systems Inc is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst who will be responsible for transforming business needs into precise technical specifications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications within an enterprise framework.
  • Produce and maintain both business and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Facilitate and oversee workshops focused on business process development and re-engineering.
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years as a business analyst with a focus on translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • Communication Skills: At least 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication, specifically in drafting documentation.
  • Process Development: 5 years of experience in managing business process workshops.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: 5 years of experience in requirements gathering from various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing project documentation across various initiatives.
  • 5 years of experience in facilitating meetings with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with content, document, and records management processes.
  • Experience in developing new IT services, including service definitions and cost models.
  • Experience in an agile development environment.
  • 5 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing in complex environments.
