Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement business process improvements
  • Provide Tier 3 support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and procedures
  • Conduct process analysis and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business process changes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong background in business process improvement
  • Proficient in ERP systems, with experience in implementation and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel to client sites and work in a distributed team environment
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration or information technology
