Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
