Looking for a highly motivated and dependable person to work in the storage industry.

General responsibilities of the job:
Sales
- Rent units by generating and close sales inquiries
- Promoting the property in the community at open houses, market places, making corporate visits and telephone sales
- Computer Skills
- **Effectively utilize property management system to complete move ins, transfers, reservations, etc.**:

- Create sales and marketing material
- Administration & Accounting
- **Process payments and invoices, balance daily transactions**:

- **Complete inventory counts**

Must be able to work Mon - Fri 9-5 & Saturdays 9-3. This position will be 16-24 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
