Job Summary

The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, guiding the customer journey, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer care and support to clients
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Prepare Hearing Care Professionals for client appointments
  • Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer database and financial records
  • Process payments and create invoices
  • Educate clients on Amplifon programs, products, and services
  • Maintain efficient clinic operations and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in business or medical administration preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the hearing aid industry preferred
