Special Needs Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Educator to join our team at One Care Inc. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
The Special Needs Educator will be responsible for assessing clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals. They will also assist students in developing life skills and collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs.
The Special Needs Educator will work with children, individuals with intellectual impairments, and those with learning disabilities. They will also provide support to newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition and hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and specialists. They will also be able to develop individualized education and intervention plans based on clients' special needs.
