Patient Care Technician

DaVita is seeking a skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine patient observations and record vital signs
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
