Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fast Cell Repair Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and sales.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and that all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, supplies, and utilities.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory and Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store has the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement merchandising plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
