Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eastside Food Store Ltd. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
